Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. 

Being a CSA member is a commitment to the farm for the season ahead. If you are unsure about this commitment, that's okay! You can shop with us at the farmers market. We need market customers too! If you are a CSA member and you have an unexpected move or sudden hardship please reach out and we will work to find a satisfactory solution. We're human!

We strive to provide the best quality produce to our customers. Occasionally, there may be produce that has a small hole or little bug that has evaded our efforts to clean and made it to your home. Please take this as a comforting sign that we have a farm that is alive and biologically diverse. That said, this should be a rare occurrence. If you are ever unsatisfied with your produce or if there is an error in your order please email us to communicate any problems with your order. 

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely.
